Breadth and light are considered through an exploration of form, space and materiality. Showcasing a ‘Light is Life' mantra, the home unfolds through a dramatic series of steel framed voids, atriums and oversized doors providing the injection of natural light and grandeur into as much of the residence as possible, this is further complemented by 4 carefully curated garden areas entering the home and breathing new architectural life into this period marvel.

Upon entering the home, between the front of the original house and new addition, an arched steel door provides a transition from heritage to contemporary. Once you have entered through the door, you are greeted by light, symbolising a move away from the home’s period past into a new chapter; a home for the new generation with a nod to the past.
